Liz is an experienced Wellness & Life coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, MER & Hypnosis, and Somatic Healer who specializes in Stress & Anxiety.
With a profound understanding of the mind-body connection, Liz specializes in empowering you to somatically heal your relationship with emotions and anxiety through Nervous System Regulation and Energetics. Her mission is to help others heal their dysregulated systems from unresolved trauma & stuck emotions to step into autonomy, self-expression and safety to embrace change and cultivate a greater sense of purpose.
1:1 Sound Bath
60 minute sound bath: Immerse yourself in a transformative journey of self-discovery with Guided Breath work, Meditation and Sound Therapy.
Liz will help you release tension, anxiety, stress and blocked emotions.
Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks etc. will carry you into a state of deep relaxation, encouraging your mind to let go of stress and anxiety, and allowing your spirit to soar. The Sound Bath will lull you into a state of profound calm, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity, paving the way for inner peace and emotional well-being.
Group Events
A sound bath group event is a unique and immersive experience designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and foster a sense of well-being through the healing vibrations of sound. It's a great way to bring a community together, call in intentions, cleanse energy & gain clarity.
A group event consists of the following:
- 2 hours
- Sound Bath with various instruments
- Cacao Ceremony (Additional Fees)
- Matts, Pillows, Blankets etc.
- Introduction of sound & Integration of experience
- Guided Meditation, Hypnosis, Manifestion
